WIP:
- 0.176: Angelo Salese fixed priority issues in Denjin Makai and game puts sprites above everything for mode 3.
- 0.155: hap added 'Flip Screen' dipswitch. Changed manufacturer to 'Winkysoft (Banpresto license)'.
- 0.147: Attempt to fix backplane color in Denjin Makai [Angelo Salese].
- 0.141u1: Preliminary implementation of the Seibu COP palette brightness mode 4, used by Denjin Makai fade in/out effects [Angelo Salese].
- 2nd January 2011: Angelo Salese - Denjin Makai is the only fully working game so far, mainly because it doesn't call any macro command. It has minor gfx glitches (wrong backplane color in later levels, shown in pic) plus uses an unemulated DMA brightness mode so no fade in/out effects for this at the moment. You can try it in MAME 0.141 if you didn't already.
- 0.140u3: Angelo Salese, David Haywood and Tomasz Slanina fixed Denjin Makai - Game now playable. Angelo Salese fixed an un-inited bankswitch problem in the Seibu audio driver, gives preliminary working sound in Denjin Makai. Commented out a bogus irq hack in Seibu audio HW, fixes sound for good in Denjin Makai and removes a cheesy kludge. Added a preliminary DMA to the Legionnaire driver, fixes some color issues in Denjin Makai. Added dipswitches 'Demo Sounds', 'Language' and 5x 'Unknown'.
- 25th May 2008: David Haywood - I've been working on improving Denjin Makai recently, but that one hardly uses the COPX-02 protection (only for the score calculation between rounds and some timer countdowns) so the improvements seen in that in the last couple of releases don't reflect progress on the protection emulation.
- 0.125: David Haywood added extra tile banking and layer enable for Denjin Makai.
- 0.124u5: Added dipswitches 'Coin A', 'Coin B' and 'Unknown'.
- 0.124u3: Guru added good Denjin Makai gfx2 rom ($0).
- 0.124u2: Added 3rd button. Fixed gfx1/2 rom loading. Added 15x 'Unknown' dipswitches.
- 0.111u4: Changed visible area to 320x256. Fixed gfx2 rom loading.
- 0.79: Guru added 'Denjin Makai' (Banpresto 1993).
- 15th January 2004: Guru - Denjin-Makai (Banpresto 1994, on Legionairre hardware) arrived from Japan.
