WIP:
- 0.184: MrSinister added clone Skins Game Tournament Edition. Ted Green added serial input (machine\midwayic.cpp). Perform IDE reset during PCI device reset (machine\pci-ide.cpp). Better texture lookup (video\zeus2.cpp).
- 0.182: Squelch logerror from interrupt control (machine\midwayic.cpp). Added better game selector and use register values for 'Skins Game' direct rendering (video\zeus2.cpp). Changed waveram viewer to use V key to fix conflict with game controls and consolidate waveram1 writing and add more logging for models (video\zeus2.cpp). Added alternative texture loading subroutines to video\zeus2.cpp. Clean up Atlantis driver and added info. Moved interrupt line and pin functions into PCI device and added variables (machine\pci.c). Added legacy mapping based on prog i/f register (machine\pci-ide.cpp) [Ted Green].
- 0.181: Ted Green updated Midway Zeus2 Video coordinate scaling and increased Z buffer to 24 bits. Updated screen rectangle to keep Skins Game from crashing. Added hooks for serial communication (machine\midwayic.cpp). Renamed UART ports.
- 0.179: Ted Green removed unused define parameter in Atlantis driver. Zeus-2 video: Updated waveram organization. Updated quad rendering command size. Updated register naming.
- 27th July 2016: R. Belmont - It's not quite ready to be playable yet in 0.176, but Ted Green has been chipping away at Midway's Zeus-2 graphics chip, with particular emphasis on Midway Skins Game (but it's helping Cruisin' Exotica too, and should eventually help The Grid as well).
- 0.176: Ted Green added analog joystick to Skins Game. Fixed screen resolution in Atlantis driver. Added direct pixel writing for Atlantis. Scaling still needs work.
- 0.175: Updated rom naming/mapping and changed ram instantiation (mips\mips3drc.cpp and machine\vrc4373.cpp). Updated Atlantis driver and address map. Use normal array allocation for fixed sized arrays (machine\gt64xxx.cpp). Changed Atlantis to DENVER audio. Updated 2181 SYSCONTROL bits. Added internal ram memory bank for DENVER ADSP 2181 (audio\dcs.cpp). New video device based on midzeus2 driver (video\zeus2.cpp). Added DCS3 fifo reset to Atlantis address map. Re-organize frame buffer ram and add IEEE754 floating point conversion (video\zeus2.cpp). Closer to getting quad 14 word working. Better quad size selection. Changed texture size selection and attempt to extract last parameters from quad 14 (video\zeus2.cpp) [Ted Green]. Added CD/DA audio. Changed visible area to 400x256 and VSync to 56.665468 Hz. Added dipswitches 'Boot Mode', 'Boot Message', 5x 'Reserved' and 'Unknown0100' - 'Unknown8000'.
- 0.174: Fixed mips\mips3drc.cpp [Carl]. Moved DMA transfer to separate timed process in NEC VRC4373. Changed NEC VRC4373 to using attotime::never for timer disabling. Added correct PCI config map to NEC VRC4373 [Ted Green].
- 0.161: R. Belmont added PCI9050 device skeleton to Atlantis driver.
- 0.160: Trivial conversion to real PCI + VR4373. No visible progress [R. Belmont].
- 0.146u3: R. Belmont added clone Skins Game (1.04). Changed description of clone (unknown alt. version) to 'Skins Game (1.06, alt)'.
- 12th July 2012: Smitdogg - MrSinister sent us hard drive dumps for Skins Game Tournament Edition and Skins Game 1.06 (to compare against my dump since mine gave read errors).
- 0.146u2: Mr. CAST, M. Ponweiser, Mojo2000, Smitdogg, The Dumping Union and R. Belmont added 'Skins Game (1.06)' (Midway 2000). Guru and R. Belmont added clone Skins Game (unknown alt. version).
- 27th June 2012: Smitdogg - Picked up another Skins Game set with a 1.06 hard drive, it shows "Troon" golf courses on the title screen. This time it works and I was able to read out the drive but it gave a few sector errors. We waited too long before getting desperate on buying these all up and now we are paying the price. There's a different revision of Skins Game available for sale if anyone can pay for it.
- 12th January 2006: Guru - I got access to Skins Game (Midway 2000) during the last week and it is of course dumped as well.
