- 0.150: Implement some PGM missing ASIC25/ASIC28 registers. This fixes the high score screen for olds & clones [rockywall, Creamy Mami]. Mark olds & clones as working, removed a few now unneeded patches, notes and miscellanea [iq_132].

- 0.148u5: iq132 implemented bitswap protection and several DMA modes for olds. The ram_dump hack is no longer required. The protection simulation is still somewhat incomplete.
