0.73 [Pierpaolo Prazzoli, Tomasz Slanina]

WIP:

- 0.141u4: Further decoupled some driver files to help driver_device conversions [Atari Ace]: ETTrivia driver duplicates the palette code from Naughty Boy.

- 0.123: Swapped proms ($0, 100 - palette low/high bits).

- 0.112u1: Pierpaolo Prazzoli updated ETTrivia driver to use HOLD_LINE for sound IRQs.

- 0.96: Fixed user1 rom loading.

- 0.89u3: Changed Z80 CPU1 clock speed to 2952000 Hz and palettesize to 256 colors. Added 2nd Player. Removed 'Unknown' dipswitches.

- 0.73: Pierpaolo Prazzoli added 'Super Trivia Master' (Enerdyne Technologies 1986). TODO: Colours, finish sound and cocktail support.

- 27th August 2003: Pierpaolo Prazzoli sent in a driver for Super Trivia Master, it's playable with wrong colors and imperfect sound.
