0.108u2 [David Haywood]

WIP:

- 0.136u2: Mariusz Wojcieszek fixed Access Violation before OK (Debug build).

- 0.135u4: Angelo Salese fixed colors in Carrera.

- 17th December 2009: Angelo Salese - Today I've beated color prom decoding in two games, first one is Carrera and the second one is Super Moto / Super Rider. Both of them uses awkward prom encoding and required a decent effort from my side to finally get them right. Amusingly, I've got the Super Moto one by seeing that it requires a very specific pen color for the ranking screen that was entirely black, fixing the bitplane order by checking that specific screen was an obvious choice for it.

- 0.131: Angelo Salese merged memory maps and attempted to add proper colors in Carrera.

- 0.129: Phil Bennett correctly setup the MC6845 device in the Carrera driver.

- 0.108u2: David Haywood added 'Carrera (Version 6.7)' (BS Electronics 19??).

- 24th August 2006: David Haywood - Something Guru dumped... just looks like an unoriginal gambling game, not very interesting to emulate from any point of view.
