- 0.181: darq fixed the 'direct sum' of two ARGB colors (video\tecmo_mix.h). This corrected the wrong saturated colors in Level 2 (tank underwater,final boss). Added a video reference (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXBTNk-0ejk) for the wrong background in the title screen.

- 0.131u1: Uki added clone Final Star Force (Japan).

- 0.124u1: Aaron Giles fixed broken colors on sprites in Final Star Force. This fixed blending effect isn't quite working correctly.

- 0.118: BisonSAS fixed 'Difficulty' dipswitch in Final Star Force.

- 0.90: Changed palettesize to 4096 colors.

- 0.63: Added dipswitches 'Flip Screen', 'Difficulty', 'Level Up Speed' and 'Bonus Life'.

- 11th January 2003: Angelo Salese fixed the dipswitch settings in Final Star Force.

- 10th April 2002: David Haywood fixed Final Star Force from crashing.

- 24th June 2000: Eisuke Watanabe submitted a Tecmo16 driver, which supports Ganbare Ginkun and Final Star Force. Nicola Salmoria fixed some graphics glitches in the Tecmo16 driver.

Arcade Video game published 27 years ago:

Final Star Force (c) 1992 Tecmo.

A sequel to Tehkan's 1984 shoot-em-up classic, "Star Force", featuring improved graphics and sound and a new weapons power-up system. The player's ship is equipped with three smart bombs and the fire button can be held down for rapid fire. At regular intervals, a red ship will appear which will release a power-up capsule; the three power-ups available are as follows :
* A-Pulsator :
Fire : Thunder + Homing
Bomb : S-Bomb
* B-Pulsator :
Fire : Wide Shot + Missile
Bomb : M-Bomb
* C-Pulsator :
Fire : Spraygun + Synch-Fire
Bomb : T-Bomb

- TIPS AND TRICKS -

Pulsator capsules and fire power will automatically be increased after a period of time, So do not hesitate use the smart bomb if you are in a dangerous situation. Always choose the Thunder Cannon as this is the most powerful of the three primary weapons available. Try to position your ship to the right of the screen as enemy craft tend to appear on this side.
