WIP:
- 0.154: Restored missing text layer, added Ticket/Token dispensers and replaced the sound PIC with a hand modified version for correct background music playback. Fixed the hand modified PIC16C57 code for Hot Mind so it correctly handle the OKI banking and work on the real hardware (cpu\pic16c5x\pic16c5x.c) [Quench]. Added user1 roms (hotmind_pic16c57-hs_io15.hex and hotmind_pic16c57.hex) and plds (palce16v8h-25-pc4_u58.jed, palce16v8h-25-pc4_u182.jed, palce16v8h-25-pc4_jamma.jed, tibpal22v10acnt_u113.jed, tibpal22v10acnt_u183.jed and tibpal22v10acnt_u211.jed). Fixed rom names and gfx1 rom loading. Added dipswitches 'Time Per Line' and 'Clear Partial Memory'.
