- 0.175: Angelo Salese added dips. Fixed missing sprites on edges. Attempt fixing rowscroll enable for stages 5, 10,... Removed MACHINE_IMPERFECT_GRAPHICS flag until otherwise proven. Changed description to 'Metal Freezer (Japan)'. Added dipswitches 'Cabinet', 'Coin A/B', 'Difficulty', 'Bonus Life', 'Lives', 'Level Select' and 'Demo Sounds'.

- 0.174: Arcade Addict, Smitdogg and The Dumping Union added 'Metal Freezer' (Seibu 1989). Added gfxdecodes and decrypt roms [David Haywood]. Metal Freezer encryption is the same as Cross Shooter [Peter Wilhelmsen]. Initial work. Adding IRQs helps, ROM banking and base color. Various tilemap fixes. Fixed decrypted opcodes hookup, makes it to not crash during attract. Preliminary T5182 hookup. Added base sprites. Also added STEP2_INV / STEP4_INV (emu\digfx.h). Sprites and initial workout in understanding how scroll works. Fixed sound comms (reversed semaphore access wrt darkmist), coins and sound now fully working. Fixed jerky scrolling. Set Metal Freezer to working and added note about DIPs [Angelo Salese].
