Amatic Multi Game System driver improvements [Roberto Fresca]: Identified the slots game as Super Stars. Promoted the game to working state. Reworked inputs from the scratch. Added support for outputs: lamps & counters. Added a button-lamps layout. Added technical notes. Fixed gfx1 rom loading. Added YM3812 (4MHz) sound and mono Speaker. Changed visible area to 256x512. Added dipswitches 'DIP1', 'DIP2', 'Coin 1 (Muenzen 1)', 'Coin 2 (Muenzen 2)', 'Jackpot', 'Fruechtebonus', 'DIP7' and 'BH'. Changed description to 'Super Stars'. Renamed (am_uslot) to (suprstar).
- 28th April 2012: Roberto Fresca - After some magic, finding the Rosetta Stone for the Amatic AMA-8000 Multi Game System, Andreas Naive took the flag and found the algorithm used for encryption. Maybe is not perfect yet, but is enough to decrypt whatever we have here. Then... I Just teamed with Angelo Salese, to get the first game running in AMA-8000-1 working properly: Super Stars. Other Amatic games just show a kind of enter-code screen. Will see later...
- 0.142u3: Fixed gfx1 rom loading. Changed palettesize to 512 colors.
- 0.134u1: Roberto Fresca and Team Europe added 'Amatic Unknown Slots Game' (Amatic Trading GMBH 1996). New driver for Amatic encryped gambling hardware. This system is based on a custom CPU. Graphics are decoded but only 2 bitplanes hooked. All the needed devices are in the driver, but commented out till can properly decrypt the program ROMs and identify the CPU. About the encryption scheme, see the driver notes about my findings [Roberto Fresca].
