WIP:

- 0.137u1: Roberto Fresca added clone Royal Vegas Joker Card (fast deal, Mile). Created new default NVRAM for all Royal Vegas Joker Card sets. These need to be configurated to be valid ones. Now vegasfte can receive remote credits, and all three in the family have valid min-max bet value and payout. Corrected colors, added Joker Card palette prom. Reworked inputs / dipswitches.

- 0.137: Roberto Fresca added external default NVRAM support to Royal Vegas Joker Card and clones.

- 0.123u3: Roberto Fresca added clone Royal Vegas Joker Card (fast deal, english gfx).
