0.89u1 [Ville Linde, Andrew Gardner, R. Belmont]
WIP:
- 0.181: Gerald Coy added clone Virtua Striker 2 '99 (Step 1.5).
- 0.158: Hooked up the 315-5881 to clone Virtua Striker 2 '99, note this actually *fixes* them, allowing you to kick off, with the old simulation the game would hang. Same as with no simulation, so I guess it was hooked up incorrectly? [David Haywood].
- 0.138u3: Guru added clone Virtua Striker 2 '99 (Revision B).
- 27th June 2010: Guru - I bought 10 working Model 3 Step 2 PCBs (mostly junk Virtua Striker 2 '98's and '99's) as spares for my Sega Rally 2 cab some years ago. I checked them out today and found the same alt. version that the moron hoarder was bragging about on his site. I had several of that version in fact, it's a common Japanese version. There were no other alternative versions though, in case you were wondering. It's a pity he didn't dump his board for MAME instead of keeping his head up his ass. But not to worry, Guru has come to the rescue. Once again good has triumphed over the evilness of the dark side. May the force be with you.
- 10th June 2010: Alex's Rom Dumping Project - I picked up some model 3 boards, it happens that one of those boards has an undumped version of Virtua Striker 2 Ver 99 (at least its not on MAME), this is the step 2 version of the game, and i asume that its rev B acording the stickers. My plan is to recycle those EPROMs and put the roms in the trash, so if someone wants to exchange ROMS for EPROMS, just send me a msg posting on this link.
- 0.137u1: The Dumping Union added clone Virtua Striker 2 '99 (Revision A).
- 18th March 2010: ANY and Dumping Union dumped Virtua Striker 2 '99 (version A).
- 18th March 2010: Smitdogg - We got Virtua Striker 2 '99 (Version A).
- 0.126: Changed description to 'Virtua Striker 2 '99.1 (Revision B)'.
- 0.90u2: Changed PPC603 CPU1 clock speed to 166MHz. Added 8-way Joystick, 4x buttons and 2nd coin slot.
- 0.89u3: R. Belmont added clone Virtua Striker 2 '99. Fixed incorrect ROMs in parent set.
- 0.89u1: Added 'Virtua Striker 2 '99.1' (Sega 1999). Some basic 2D hooked up, nothing more.
