The game is not a touchscreen game, so move it into the meritm_crt250_questions class of games. Rename to pbss330 to avoid naming conflict if/when a "standard" Pit Boss Superstar 30 shows up. Corrected the dipswitch settings for it [Brian Troha]. Added gambling control.
